When a hug is not enough
Sometimes I’m just not sure what to say when I know my mother is hurting.
She’s not a complainer but there are days when I look into her eyes or listen to her voice and I know she’s struggling to keep it together. She’s coping with chronic pain and other problems.
Sometimes a hug is not enough. But the words always come through prayer.
